SandBlast Festival of the Arts planning is underway!  Our event committee is seeking out Sponsors, Artists, Musicians, Food Trucks, and Family Activities for our 26th year of this FREE family friendly arts festival.

The annual cost to host SandBlast each year is approximately $12,000. We need your support to help us offset these costs and still provide this free, two-day art event to our community. SandBlast relies on the generosity of local businesses and community members like you, and we look forward to continuing this partnership in 2020 and beyond.

Last year, with your generous support, we were able to make SandBlast one of the best years yet. We had over 3000 attendees who strolled through the park, played on the beach, danced to live music, and supported local artists.

Below is a sponsor form outlining the sponsorship levels for this year’s event. We LOVE for this to be a WIN-WIN for our sponsors, so we make sure to highlight your business on our website, social media and event announcements from the stage. The higher your level, the more exposure you’ll receive!

Sponsorship Opportunities

When: Saturday & Sunday, July 18 and 19, 2020
Time:  Saturday, July 18, 2020: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Sunday, July 19, 2020: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Where:  McCormick Park, Duvall
Goals: Support local artists (fine artist, crafters, musicians, theatre groups, children-focused arts, and more)
Expose community to these artists in an intimate, family-friendly environment
Provide a FREE, community event that is interactive in the arts for families of all ages.
Audience: Main area of concentration is Snoqualmie Valley which includes Duvall, Carnation, Fall City, neighboring parts of Woodinville and Redmond. Secondary audience includes Redmond, Bellevue and Monroe.  Ages range from children to senior citizens.

DFA is already busy securing live bands and artist vendors for both sides of the park, along with delicious food trucks, games and fun experiences for the family, and more. The approximate annual cost to host SandBlast each year is $12,000. We need your support to help us offset these costs and still provide this free, two-day art event to our community.   • Receive One 2020 Event T-Shirt
  • Company name/logo prominently displayed on all print and promotional event materials distributed in: Duvall, Carnation, Fall City, Woodinville and parts of Redmond and Monroe
  • Company name/logo prominently displayed on DFA website www.duvallarts.org with link to your business.
  • Repeated recognition verbally on stage during both days of event
  • Repeated Multimedia exposure – Special name recognition in press release to local newspapers. Name and logo included in exclusive Facebook, Instagram and Twitter blasts with links to your page.

$100 Silver Sponsor

  • Company logo prominently displayed on all print and promotional event materials distributed in: Duvall, Carnation, Fall City, Woodinville and parts of Redmond and Monroe

Money must be received to DFA by April 15 to be included on printed materials for distribution.
