About Us

Our Mission

The Duvall Foundation for the Arts promotes creativity, diversity, and cultural awareness by supporting the arts and arts education in the lower Snoqualmie valley.

From humble beginnings over a decade ago, DFA has grown to become one of the largest supporter of the arts in the area. With an all volunteer board made up of local artists and art enthusiasts we are committed to strengthening the arts in our community.

DFA manages two local, year-round art exhibitions in downtown Duvall: City of Duvall Art Wall and the Grill & Taproom Art Exhibit. Art exhibits revolve approximately every six weeks and showcase local artist in the Snoqualmie Valley. DFA hosts art events and fundraisers including Art in Bloom and SandBlast to promote local artist and raise much needed revenue for DFA’s Scholarship and Grant Program where thousands of dollars are given each year to youth and adults who have shown a strong interest and ability in the arts and, who may, because of financial restrictions, be unable to take advantage of the educational programs otherwise available to them.

DFA is also a proud sponsor of local events associated with art related activities such as the Duvall Library Raise the Foundation event, The NW Art Center’s Valley Art Show, and local Farmer’s Markets.

Help us continue our mission to promote the arts in our community and support art education for those in need.
