To our dear SandBlast & Art in Bloom community,
It is with a heavy heart that we announce our decision to cancel the 26th Annual SandBlast Festival of the Arts and our 15th Annual Art in Bloom fundraiser event.
This decision was not made lightly, but with our community health and safety in mind, we feel this is the best decision at this time. Refunds will be issued for those that have paid as a vendor or sponsor.
DFA, as all non profits during this challenging time, is in need of your financial support. Please consider making a donation, no matter what the size, here today to help us continue to support local artists and art education. Please donate here: https://duvallarts.org/donate/.
As part of our school district’s SVDFS Awards, DFA continues to give two Art Scholarship awards to Cedarcrest graduating seniors going on to pursue education in the arts. The 2020 Awards Night will still be held virtually on Thursday, June 4th. Congratulations to the talented award recipients!
We encourage all artists and musicians to keep posting photos and videos of their work and performances on social media, we love to see your creative talents!
