Big Thank You

We really appreciate the ideas and energy of the participants for the use planning session last Saturday. Together we discovered more uses for the Yellow Barn.  Great ideas!!  Thank you so much to Jeff Mandell for doing such a skillful job of leading the session. Jeff has a degree in architecture and is an effective facilitator so he rocked this work session. Thanks to Aria, Sandy, and Elizabeth for adding some new and interesting ideas and for putting some detail into the existing ideas!! Exciting to envision the project completed and bustling with creative community events!!!

Grant from 4Culture

Duvall Foundation for the Arts applied for and obtained a grant from 4Culture in the amount of $10,000 to help defray the costs of the barn disassembly.  Thank you 4Culture for your help!!

SEPA Compliance

This week the barn project achieved compliance with the State Environmental Policy Act, or in project jargon, we are through the SEPA review process and through the SEPA appeal period. This is a big milestone for any project.

Stay tune for more information, and thank you for your support!
